We’re proud to announce that this year we’re using a local Michigan outfit, Race Services, for all your registration needs. Debbie and Tony have built a user-friendly site and we look forward to working with them into the future. REGISRATION OPENS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17TH AT 10:00 A.M. EST! We hope to reach the magic 750 riders this year (over 700 registered in 2011) and if and when that happens, registration will close. We’re trying to keep the conga lines to a minimum. If the 750 mark is not reached, Day Before and Day Of registration will be offered.

Sorry, no refunds for any reason. However, you may transfer your registration to another rider. Follow the simple steps below.

Transferring your registration

You may transfer your registration to another rider by following these simple steps. We must receive a request for transfer via email by midnight (EST) September 29, 2012, and a completed form, along with a check for $10, postmarked by Saturday, September 29, for transfers to be considered.

1. Contact Endoman Promotions, either through Raceservices.com or through our website, with your request to transfer your registration to another racer.

2. Go to the Registration Transfer Form on the right side and print out the Registration Transfer Form.

3. Send your completed P2P Transfer Form and $10.00 (check or money order) transfer fee to:

4. The Registration Transfer Form must be from the original Registrant only and needs to be completely filled out.

Remember, your completed Registration Transfer Form must be postmarked by September 29th, 2012. After that date, changes will not be registered and your check will be returned.

You will receive an automatic e-mail from us, when changes to your entry have been completed.

Changing Categories

Decided to race in a different category? Want to get to the beer sooner? Or maybe you’re feeling like you’re ready to kick it up a notch? No problem: just email the race director with the change and we’ll make the adjustment in the registration data bank. If you’re changing ‘up’ to another class, i.e., from Sport to Expert, please send a check to cover the proper cost adjustment to the address on the website. Refunds for cost adjustments going from a more expensive class to a lesser expensive class are not available.
