Registration Info

Here's how the registration is going to work with the Arcadian Grit & Gravel: our friends at Race Services Timing will be handling the online process and registration opens up on Friday, January 13, 2012 at 1:30 p.m., EST. Online registration will close at midnight, Wednesday, May 16. At that point, if you want to race, there will be night before and day of registration, but it will cost ten bucks more. So register early and save!

	Individual Racers	Tandems
Online Registration:	$40	$60
Day before, and Day of:	$50	$70

Sorry, no refunds for any reason. However, you may transfer your registration to another rider. Follow the simple steps below.

Transferring your registration

You may transfer your registration to another rider by following these steps. We must receive a request for transfer via email by midnight (EST) May 11, 2012, and a completed form, along with a check for $10, postmarked by Saturday, May 12, for transfers to be considered.

1. Contact Endoman Promotions, by emailing to info@endomanpromotions.com, or through the website, with your request to transfer your registration to another racer.

2. Go to the Registration Transfer Form on the right side and print out the Registration Transfer Form.

3. Send your completed Arcadian Transfer Form and $10.00 (check or money order) transfer fee to:
